My Sexuality, What I'm Reading, Christmas and more
1. Describe yourself in 3 words?
Ambitious, Perceptive & Hilarious
2. How did you become so ambitious?
From a young age, I've always had different businesses from selling candy to my classmates because we didn't have vending machines to selling clothes on online. Having that entrepreneurial spirit from a young age brought me into my professional career, and a curiosity for exploring my sexuality brought me to Selene.
3. How would you describe your sexuality?
Men that carry themselves well are extremely attractive to me & in regards to women I can be picky.
4. What do you enjoy most about Selene?
Connecting with extraordinary people, I wouldn't have met otherwise. I'm lucky to have the opportunity to be a friend, confidante & more for the gentlemen I meet. I want to celebrate your promotion at work, the new car you’ve wanted to get for years or hear about your progress at the gym. Watching you becoming the best version of yourself & being able to contribute to that is the reason why I enjoy this so much. Yes, they're boundaries, but all of the gentlemen I see are true.
5. Do you believe in love?
Yes! I'm the Charlotte York of my friends. Love is stronger than any drug & something I will experience again when the time is right.
6. What are you currently reading?
During the semester my leisure reading time is limited, but I've managed to pick up The Luxury Strategy by Jean-Noël Kapferer & Smartcuts by Shane Snow. The Luxury Strategy is a dense read, but I want to know the psychology behind premium versus ultra premium & these powerhouse brands like Chanel, Volkswagen group (owns Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Volkswagen), Louis Vuitton, Hermes, etc. Hint: He gives an interesting reasoning for the development of luxury going back to Egyptian burial ceremonies, art being supported by the upper society & religion. Smartcuts is more of a fun read that discusses different strategies of lateral thinking & one of my favorite tech entrepreneurs Elon Musk has a fair portion of the book dedicated to his journey.
7. Your most attractive feature?
Too many to name! (Joking) I have a huge bright smile that I love so much.
8. What holiday do you enjoy the most?
Christmas is such a great time of year everyone is in a wonderful mood, the decorations are beautiful, catching up with family and the food. Also, the end of the year is a great time for reflection & renewal.
9. Top items on your Christmas list?
My Christmas list is composed of classics the classic flap has been on my radar for a while now along with the Datejust.
10. Bags or shoes?
This is such a cruel question! Why can't I have both :)
11. Favorite restaurant you've visited recently?
This may change by the time I post this, but I love Laduree for breakfast/lunch in Soho, and for dinner, Le Bilboquet in Atlanta has a fantastic Seared Salmon.
12. Any major plans for 2019?
I have the first quarter of 2019 already planned! I've been making some lifestyles changes regarding my diet & routine I'm nearly two months in and so far I love the way I feel. For the rest of my plans in 2019, you'll have to stay tuned.
Does anyone have exciting plans for the holidays? Feel free to share below, I would love to hear about them!
Until Next Time,
